Scapia Federal Bank Credit Card review
A strong free card for anyone who travels, especially abroad, because it charges no forex markup and pays about 2% in travel coins on everyday spends. If you never book trips, the coins are hard to use, so a plain cashback card will suit you better.
Fees
Lifetime free. Forex markup 0%.

What’s good
- No joining or annual fee, ever
- Zero forex markup on foreign-currency spends, which is rare for a free card
- 10 coins per ₹100 on the Visa card (about 2% back), and 4% on travel booked in the Scapia app
- Unlimited domestic lounge visits once you spend ₹20,000 in a billing cycle
What’s not
- Coins can only be used on travel booked in the Scapia app, so they're no good if you don't travel
- Utilities, insurance, rent, fuel and education earn nothing
- The lounge spend condition doubled to ₹20,000 a cycle in February 2026
- The RuPay variant earns only half the Visa rate (1%), and only on payments above ₹500
Lounge access
Domestic: Unlimited, in a cycle after you spend ₹20,000 on the card in the previous billing cycle. International: Unlocked after booking an international flight worth ₹50,000 or more in the Scapia app (check the app for the current terms).
